TRIANGLE TESLATesla Owners - NC Triangle
Information about the annual Blue Ridge Parkway Tesla Drive can be found at: BRPTeslaDrive.org
Triangle Tesla is hosting a public meetup at Town Hall Burger and Beer (THBB) in Durham near Southpoint. Anyone with interest or curiosity in Tesla is welcome to come talk with owners about their Teslas, get any questions you have answered, and of course check out the cars. Registration on this page is requested of Tesla owners only. Registration helps us determine the amount of space that will need to be reserved in the parking lot. Tesla owners who are not members of Triangle Tesla are welcome to register and attend.
THBB will reserve a section of the parking lot for us and this will allow them to treat it as an event, allowing food and beverage (including alcohol) to be taken into that part of the parking lot. If the weather is pleasant we will setup tables and chairs in the parking lot and THBB will serve food and drink out in the parking lot after you order inside. THBB's owner has also opened up People's Coffee next door, offering coffee, smoothies, and food as well.

June 1st 10AM-1PM
In the case of inclement weather, we will move the event to June 2nd with the same hours. In the case of hot weather, we may move it up an hour to 9AM to help beat the heat. Any changes will be posted here, to Facebook, and emailed to all registered attendees.

This is the registration page for the 2019 Blue Ridge Parkway Tesla Drive. For more information about the event, please see the main event page:
Registration for the BRP drive and the evening social/dinner event all takes place right here with one registration. Participation in the evening event is optional. You may register for the drive only, which is free.
Evening Social and Dinner Event
For the evening social and dinner there is a $45 per person charge to cover the event space, dinner buffet, service fees, and taxes. Children 10 and under are $22 and children 3 and under are free.
Payment for evening event tickets is not required until September 1st. You're welcome to reserve your tickets now and pay later by choosing "Invoice Me" when asked to pay. We will be sending out notifications in late August asking for payment of all unpaid tickets by September 1st. If you reserve tickets and choose to pay later, your registration will show "pending" but you are fully registered. When you reserve tickets, you will see these options:
Invoice me - pay later via PayPal (by September 1st)
Pay online - pay now via PayPal
Due to the need to have a decent estimate of headcount in advance we need most participants to register before September 1st. The price per ticket will be increased to $50 after September 1st. Below is a quick breakdown of the evening event tickets:
If you need to change the number of tickets purchased with your registration, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will take care of it. If you have already paid and are reducing the number, a refund will be issued. If increasing the number an automated invoice will be sent to your email address which you can pay online.
Tickets to the evening event are refundable up to one week before the event. Refunds will be processed for the amount paid less transactions fees (which PayPal no longer refunds). Example: 2 tickets purchased for a total of $90 would be refunded to your card as $87.09. This event is rain or shine and will not be canceled for weather. In the highly unlikely event a natural disaster causes a full cancellation of the event, we will work to reschedule and participants will be given the option of a refund or transfer to new date.
Note about payment processing
All payment processing is completed through PayPal directly. Tesla Owners of NC Triangle does not have access to your credit/debit card information, only PayPal does.
Note about data privacy
Tesla Owners of NC Triangle will not share your personal information with any person or entity with one exception. If you indicate you're a member of a particular club during registration, we will share your name and email with that club's leader only.
